MLTStudio / Hook Infinite ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Hook Infinite mobile game application (the "Game").

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information directly.

• Game Progress Data: All data (caught fish, counts, etc.) is stored locally on your device using encrypted files. It never leaves your device.
• AdMob Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads. AdMob may collect:
  • Approximate location (from IP address)
  • Device or other IDs (e.g., Advertising ID)
  • App interactions (ad views/clicks)
  • Crash logs and diagnostics

We do not collect precise location, name, email, phone, financial info, etc.

2. Children's Privacy

The Game includes an age gate. If indicated as for a child under 13, we enable child-directed treatment in AdMob (no personalized ads). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

3. How We Use Information

Local data: For gameplay only. AdMob data: Handled by Google for ads and fraud prevention.

4. Sharing

No sharing except via AdMob as described.

5. Data Security

Local saves use AES-256 encryption.

6. Your Choices

Reset Advertising ID in device settings. Uninstall app to clear local data.
